Matthew “Iron Fist” Maestas isa proud Denver, Colorado native and a determined competitor in the world of bare knuckle boxing. Given the nickname “Iron Fist” by a Native Elder, Maestas carries both his heritage and fighting spirit into every bout. Standing at 5’11” with an orthodox stance, he brings a calculated yet aggressive approach to the ring. Inspired to begin training after watching a bare knuckle fight just two years ago, Matthew quickly committed to mastering his craft and stepped into the arena with unwavering focus.

Now 37 years old, Maestas holds a 1-2 bare knuckle record, with a highlight KO win over Jessie Stalder. He also holds a 1-1 record in professional boxing, bringing well-rounded combat experience to his fights. Under the guidance of trainers Nicholas Buschman andDarrian Lue-Pierre, and with teammates like Andrew Strode and Andres Boorego by his side, Maestas continues to evolve as a fighter.
