BKB returned to New York State for Seneca Fight in Niagara Falls, Friday, April 17 in front of a sold out crowd for BKB 53: The Harder They Fall.

In the main event, the pound for pound best in the world, two-division champion LT Smash Nelson, successfully defended his BKB Middleweight title against England’s Mark Tiffin, winning by first round knockout.  

‍

In a rematch of their first matchup which ended in a no-contest, Jon Barnard upset champion Jared Grant with a devastating second-round knockout to claim the BKB Lightweight Championship as well as KO of the Night honors.

Rowdy Montgomery kept his perfect record intact with a five-round unanimous decision over Brok Weaver.

In a battle of Super Heavyweights, Juan Adams improves to 4-0 with a :23 stoppage of Nate Roberts.

‍

Darrian Leu-Pierre was successful in his Trigon debut, improving to 6-0 overall, with a third-round TKO of Joshua Sikes. 

‍

Brandon Shavers defeated former BKB Super Middleweight Champion Jose Fernandez by third-round knockout.

‍

Robert Duran, Jr. and Austin Spivey kicked off the main card with a Fight of the Night performance that saw Duran emerge victorious with a fourth-round TKO.

Late-replacement Claudia Zamora defeated Viviane Sucuri in the night’s opener by third-round Doctor’s Stoppage.
