BKB 55 Official Results: Lee Selby Victorious in Bare Knuckle Boxing Debut

After weathering a heavy barrage in the first round, former IBF featherweight world champion Lee Selby followed up with several knockdowns before finishing Italy's Antonio Rizzo by second-round KO in the main event of BKB 55: Carnage in Cardiff at the Vindico Arena in Cardiff, Wales on Saturday night June 27. 

Dan Lerwell picked up his thirteenth victory and twelfth knockout while handing UFC veteran Danny Mitchell first bare knuckle loss with an explosive second-round KO.

In a featured matchup of two former champions, England's Dan Podmore out-slugged American Jarome Hatch, stopping him in the fifth round by TKO.

22-year-old Iestyn Edwards improved to 2-0 with a unanimous decision over Ashley Williams.

After a vicious battle, Joe Morgan caught Joe Smith with a right that knocked him out cold in the fifth round.

Mark O’Neil stunned number-one heavyweight contender Kamil Sokolowski with a :26 first-round TKO by doctor’s stoppage.

Ash Devenport improved to 2-0 with a five-round unanimous decision over returning veteran Tony Lafferty.
